After some digging, I have found out that the rental levels for the flats are £320pm for the 1 bed, £460pm for the 2 bed and £520pm for the 3 bed which equates to a yearly income of £15600. This has been on the market according to Rightmove for over 16 months (since September 2015) and so there is potential I would think for a deal here.
Having said that, even if you bought at the asking price, the gross yield you would achieve is 6% which is pretty healthy and you would also have a flexible property in a popular location that should rent well.
