It is modern, in a central location and with experience I know these rent very well with good rents, tenants and minimal void periods. There is a service charge according to the details that amounts to around £1100 but the lease term is very long at 988 years apparently!
Although the service charge is high, you should be able to rent this quite easily for £650 per month giving you a gross yield of around 6% even with the service charge deducted! It is on the market with John German and would not expect this to be on the market for long.
