2 bed terraced with potential for higher yield in Loughborough

This 2 bed terraced house on King Street is on the market for £100k with Hartleys and looks to be in reasonable condition from the photos. The details also say the double glazing was upgraded last year and is stamp duty exempt - would need to check this out though. It is in a great location being both close to the town centre as well as the train station and has tenants in situ paying £430 per month. This gives you a gross yield of 5.2% but I think the rent is low and you could potentially be getting closer to £500 per month which would give you a gross yield of more like 6%. One to look at I think!
