2 bed investment opportunity
 
 
This 2 bed has recently come onto the market. It's on the Thorpe Acre estate on the NW side of the town which is a very well established residential area. There is no shortage of schools, surgeries, shops and amenities in the area as you would expect and access to main routes is quite good.
 
Properties we manage in this part of the town always rent without any problems. This house looks like it could do with some cosmetic updating but otherwise appears sound.
 
Rent should be £525 to £540 pcm giving a gross return of 5.25%. As ever in the current market there may be a deal to be done which would then increase the return for the investor.
 
Both 2 and 3 beds rent well in Thorpe Acre so it's an area worth keeping an eye on.
