Village freehold at over 6% rental yield

On with a local selling agent this is a decent house for investment purposes. It's in need of some refurbishment and is priced accordingly at £89,950. As a mid town house with allocated parking in a cul-de-sac position on Phoenix Drive it should let well & we would expect it to achieve a rent of about £495 pcm. If you spent £5 to £9K on a refurb you could achieve a 6% + gross yield on a tidy house!

Sileby is a large village with excellent links to Loughborough, Leicester and the A46/M1 and it has a train station. In 2001 there were nearly 2,600 households in Sileby and with plenty of new builds this village has expanded.
